Software that feels obvious

Most systems are hard to use, slow, and unreliable. CareConnect is built to be self‑explanatory — with built‑in help throughout the UI — and optimized for lightning‑fast workflows.

Fast, responsive UI

Built to reduce clicks and keep pages snappy so staff stay in flow.

On‑screen instructions

Help is built into the system so teams don’t have to guess what a page does.

Compliance‑ready workflows

EVV compliance tracking and clean documentation flows to support audits.

Scheduling & visits

Appointments, recurring patterns, conflicts, clock‑in/out, and clear visit history.

Timesheets & payroll inputs

Simple timesheet management designed for speed and fewer errors.

Billing that ties together

Invoices, recurring billing, payments, and payment methods — built to be understandable.

Built for real‑world onboarding

Startups, small agencies, and growing teams can launch quickly without expensive setup.

EDI that saves you calls

CareConnect supports direct TriWest VACCN claim submission and claim status checking so your agency can track what’s happening without constantly calling to ask “Where’s my claim?”

TriWest VACCN direct submission

Generate the correct claim file format and submit through the configured connection.

Claim status checking

Reduce uncertainty: check status and keep your team informed.

Multi‑region templates

Set up templates per TriWest region to keep configuration consistent and repeatable.

Don’t want “mystery billing”?

We’re building EDI functionality as each customer is onboarded, based on location and payer needs. If your region needs something specific, we can prioritize it during onboarding.

6‑month pilot onboarding program

We’re currently onboarding pilot customers. During the pilot, setup costs are waived and your first 6 months include all features — the only cost is the subscription fee for your selected tier.

Setup costs: $0 (pilot)

We handle configuration and workflows so you’re not stuck reading confusing docs.

All features included

Get the full platform while we work closely with you on real operational needs.

Built with your feedback

We improve the system quickly based on how agencies actually run day‑to‑day.

Clean screens. Clear workflows.

FAQ

A few quick answers. If you have requirements, we’ll walk through them on a demo.

Can I invite external people to meetings?
Yes — guest-friendly meetings work best on Whereby or Jitsi. CareConnect Talk is designed for internal users with CareConnect logins.
Is CareConnect good for startups?
Yes. Most startups have 1–5 employees. CareConnect is designed to be easy to learn quickly, with on-screen guidance and fast workflows.
Do you support EDI?
We currently support TriWest VACCN direct submission and claim status checking, and we expand EDI as agencies onboard based on region and payer needs.
Do you store credit card numbers?
No. Payment methods should use tokenization via processors (e.g., Stripe/Square/PayPal) and store only non-sensitive metadata (last 4, expiration, token/ID).
